Canterbury Naturals Mediterranean Savory Herb Flatbread Hand-Crafted Baking Mix, 11.5-Ounce Boxes
Mrs. Spudman picked up a box of Canterbury Naturals locally , and we recently sampled the Mediterrnean Savory Herb flatbread. We like that the product is all natural, easy and quick to bake, and includes yeast and seasoning in the box.
According the packaging, one 11.5 ounce box makes 8 servings. Serving size is arbitrary but Mrs. Spudman and I will spread out our flatbread over three meals at least.
The dough is indeed very sticky so make sure you’ve got flour on your hands when handling the dough.
You’ll need a large cookie sheet to fit all the dough on one sheet.
The taste of this flatbread is fabulous, savory and chewy. In fact, so much seasoning comes with the kit, that some pieces ended up being overly seasoned. “We” used extra virgin olive oil in our preparation.
This mix can also be used to make breadsticks or pizza crust. It can even be cooked on the outside grill for some adventurous fun. Canterbury Naturals Savory Herb Flatbread is definitely an item I’d want to enjoy again.
